Yiting provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please note this warranty policy is only available for products sold by Yiting's online stores. Contact us via nancyhuang@szyttech.com. You can also self-service directly through the warranty page.
 
This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.
 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Some Reasons

 

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. We cannot process non-quality refund requests beyond this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Yiting's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

 

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Yiting are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase (only for Yiting registered users). Items sold by Yiting's authorized resellers follow the resellers' independent warranty policies.

 
For quality-related claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value if available; otherwise, a new item will be provided. The warranty period for replacements follows the remaining warranty of the original defective item or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. Warranties are void after full refund.
 

Process:

 

Buyer must provide valid proof of purchase

 

Yiting will document troubleshooting results

 

Serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are required

 

Returning the item for quality inspection may be necessary

 

Valid proof of purchase:

 

Order number from Yiting online purchases

 

Sales invoice

 

Dated sales receipt from Yiting official channels showing product description and price

 
Note: Multiple proofs of purchase may be required (such as transfer receipt and original shipping address confirmation).
 
Warranty claims for product defects expire 60 days after opening a claim. We cannot process claims beyond the original warranty period or the 60-day claim period, whichever is longer.
 

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in these situations:

 

Returns for reasons other than proven defects

 

Warranty claims used outside the original country of purchase

 

Accidental returns by the buyer

 

Return of personal items

 

Items returned as defective but found in working condition by Yiting QC

 

International return shipping of defective items

 

Unauthorized returns made outside the approved warranty process

 

Not Covered Under Warranty:

 

Products without valid proof of purchase

 

Lost or stolen products

 

Items beyond the warranty period

 

Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase

 

Free products

 

Third-party repairs

 

Damage from external causes

 

Damage from misuse (including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation)

 

Yiting is not liable for:

 

Data loss from using Yiting products

 

Personal items sent to Yiting

 
When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Yiting, Yiting takes responsibility for damage or loss in transit. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for damage or loss in transit. Yiting does not refund items damaged in transit for non-quality-related claims.
